The hidden key – The power of breath
Introduction
My breathing was one of those things that had always. I knew to do so. He had no need to question my breath. It was assumed that I, like all people, breathing. No more.
In 1990 I was diagnosed with "irritable bowel syndrome", that was my husband went with another woman, I lost much hair and much weight, I felt that my life didn't make sense. I was twenty days locked up in my house without eating, without sleep, crying, only drink water and milk. He had not yet reached thirty, but I felt old, I thought that anyone I would want to, gave me the same die to live.
My beliefs were killing me. And I do not question my beliefs. Gave them by certain. They were part of me. In fact, He distinguished not between my beliefs and who I was. Although it was a degree in math and already taught in the University, my emotional education was nil and I considered atheist, even having studied in a school in nuns, where I formed in Catholicism.
My life was collapsing. and, Since then, occurred to me think that that would be one of the best times of my life, a stage where they occur so momentous changes that would transform me completely and that would lead me to discover the wonderful magic of this spectacular life.
Breath has been one of the most important keys to this new understanding. For this reason, I truly believe that the best advice that I can give to any situation that you're living is: YOU BREATHE!
My purpose in writing this book is getting my love for breathing and offer an approach to working with the breath, and specifically to the Rebirthing or Renaissance, so you already decide to include healthy and conscious breathing habits in your life.
This book is not intended to be a scientific guide nor a story for scholars of the respiratory system. It also aims to provide the basis for the development of a theory of perfect breathing, because I know that a perfect way to breathe there is. There are different times in the life of every single person, and different ways of breathing more appropriate for each specific situation. In fact, I think that if we could eliminate the fear in the minds of people and permit them to breathe, and breathe freely, they would find themselves the best way to breathe for every occasion.
I write this book because I want to convey my experience with breathing during the last twenty-two years. First of all, I have used my body as my experience with respiration lab, and second, I have had the honour to join thousands of people in their respiratory experiences, both individual works, how Group.
I would love that, while reading this book, You fashioned you very aware of your breathing. It would be great if everytime you give it, you remember the important thing is to breathe and take you several deep breaths.
