My dear friend, dear friend:
Many of us have days full of action, in which we were exhausted us and lose the profound sense of life and of the essential. Sometimes, We take vacations and travel, or doing other things that leave us even more tired and confused. For this reason each year I do the proposal of Retire a few days into our own consciousness, to who we really are, to restore the balance of mind and body, connect with the natural well-being and high energy States, with our being.
The proposal for this upcoming month of August is to make a retreat in the beautiful Hotel Villalba, in Vilaflor (Tenerife), very close to the Teide. There we will enjoy the nature (high mountain, Pine,…) and the magic of the place, Spa, a simple and healthy food, about ourselves… The testimonies of other years behind us!
In these three days:
· We will practice breathing exercises, We will breathe in water, We will use meditations and visualizations.
· We focus on our goals, with practical exercises that I'm practicing in my life with great success. We will see how the universe, through the law of attraction says your request. It's fascinating to see that we are the creators of our physical experience and that we can improve any aspect of our lives.
I take this opportunity to thank you for your participation in any of the programs of the school and my life. Thanks to people like you, I continue to learn and grow, and my life has undergone changes that make me more aware of who ever truly I am. I will rejoice in heart if you decide to join us in this opportunity. I know that they will be a few days you will remember long time.
