Usually, a session is divided into three phases:

1. In the first, There is a dialogue between the professional and the student where the student explains what has led him to ask for a consultation to breathe. The renacedor exposes two tools with which we work (conscious connected breathing and mental reprogramming techniques) and how is going to be how to breathe, What can feel,etc. Any doubt is resolved.

2. The second phase, approximately one hour, is the practice of breathing.

3. In the third there is another space for dialogue and sharing of experience, that it is intended integration and completeness of the session and the establishment of the exercises suggested until the next session.
Usually between phases one and two are found limiting thought patterns and the phase three establishes strategies in which the renacedor will guide and help solve problems by offering various tools for your solution.

What is the Renaissance?

• To increase the physical well-being, mental and emotional.
• To become aware of our thoughts and change, our will, those mental structures that have limited us and prevented us, many times for years.
• To learn how to handle our emotions (anxiety, stress, sadness, pain, fears, etc.)
• To improve the relationship with oneself and, Therefore, with others.
• To deal with moments of change: Relations, work, pregnancies, place of residence,…
• For meditation to quiet our minds.
• To relax and be at peace.

How are sessions of breathing rebirthing or Renaissance?

It begins to breathe lying on a mat on the floor, in horizontal position and face-up.
As the person begins to feel comfortable with your breathing and physical processes, that it take place sometimes, they are smoother (This usually happens from the fifth session), You can then experiment with different shapes, already be sitting, floor or in water.
When you breathe in water, most of the time is made in a bathtub with hot or cold water and different temperatures. This type of sessions require a greater readiness by the student and are not currently recommended to start with practice.
Anyone who is the type of session that students are taking, the function of the renacedor / to be the stand beside the person, accompanying him on his process, suggesting, so when necessary, certain respiratory guidelines and offering, at all times, an area of security and support.

Do many sessions are recommended?

We usually work with cycles of ten sessions.
When a student wants to learn the practice, It is suggested you take a cycle of 10 sessions on a regular basis, typically weekly or biweekly.
Usually, at the end of the cycle, the student will already feel safe to take their own sessions at home.
